Job Summary and Qualifications

Work Schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun, Evenings - 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Directs daily operational flow and patient care. Performs superior quality CT scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards, magnet safety guidelines. Participates in Departmental Performance Improvement activities, ACR accreditation, schedules, staff meetings, current on all licensures and assigned courses (Healthstream). Other duties as assigned. Follows the ALWAYS values of HCA.

What you will do in this role:

• Must follow ACR guidelines
• Must show proficiency in starting intravenous lines
• Must be able to take call and respond to acute care needs

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiology Technology
  

• 3-5 years of acute care facility experience preferred

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• State Registered Radiologic Technician
• Registered Computerized Tomography Technician
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
