ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. - Salary Base: $310K - $325,000+ RVU Incentive paid quarterly (RVU not added in base salary - extra income)
- CME: $3,000 + 5 days
- Malpractice paid 100%
- PTO: 14 paid holidays, 30 days for vacation and sick time. (accrues yearly)
- Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH and IRS guidelines
- Sign-on bonus: yes
- Student loan Repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF, and dependent on eligibility.
- Benefits: Generous medical/ health benefits through Empire BC/BS
- Retirement: 403(b) Exceptional NY State pension and retirement offerings.
- Pension: Your employer will contribute a 12% of your annual salary no money out of pocket, vested 3 years.
- 50% Academic, Teaching, building CandA program.
- 50% Clinical: Coverage/oversight: CandA Outpatient Department, and 10 bed IP Unit (IP director onsite.)
- Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs. Some travel to school districts may be involved if needed within short distance.
- Board Certification in CandA
- 5+ years post-residency experience
- 3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
- Track record of teaching and research involvement
- Publication, and academic experience
- Minutes from many of the islands most beautiful beaches
