Registered Nurse

Regents Point in Irvine, CA, a HumanGood community named a "Best Nursing Home in 2023-2024" U.S. News and World Report is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Assisted Living team.

Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating HumanGood’ s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” S/he ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; develops assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, post or sub-acute care is highly desirable
